STOP, START, HELP and pause
You are always in control of the texts. Reply to any text with one word.
UserAlertX (your own alerts)
- STOP: no more texts. You get one confirmation.
- START: texts back on.
- P: pause alerts for a while. They are held, not lost; START sends them.
- EMAIL: switch to email alerts.
- HELP: what you can reply, and how to reach support.
- S: report a text as spam.
MemberAlertX (group texts)
- STOP: stop every MemberAlertX group.
- STOP and a group's name: stop just that group.
- START: back on for your groups.
- YES: confirm you want a group's texts after joining.
- HELP: help and the support address.
NoteAfter STOP, the phone carriers only let us send again once you reply START. Until then nothing gets through, from any group or alert.
