Plan, tokens and billing

Every UserToolX tool runs on one UserAlertX plan. The plan includes tokens each month, and each tool uses a few.

Free trial

50 alerts or 30 days, whichever comes first. No card needed. After that, choose a plan to keep going.

Plans

• Monthly: $5 a month, 50 tokens every month. Cancel any time from your account screen.
• Annual: $60 for 13 months (one month free), 50 tokens every month. Paid once; it doesn't renew by itself, and we email you when its last month starts.

What a token buys

• A text: 1 token. An email: 0.1 token. So 50 tokens is 50 texts, 500 emails, or any mix.
• MemberAlertX: 1 token for each person a group text reaches.
• UserSummaryX: 2 tokens a summary.
• AvatarMsgX: 7 tokens per 5 seconds of video (premium 15).
• PageWatchX, HomeLinkX, AgentInboX and TaskWiz are included; their alert texts are normal alerts.

Extra tokens

$5 buys 150, $10 buys 300, $25 buys 850 and $50 buys 1,800, from your account screen. Bought tokens never expire. With a card on file you can turn on auto-reload.

Each month's included tokens are used first and don't carry over; bought tokens are used after them.

Billing history

Every payment, refund and token used is listed under Billing history on your account screen. Charges show on your card as USERALERTX.COM.
