Signing in and your account
One UserAlertX account signs you in to every UserToolX tool: UserAlertX, MemberAlertX, PageWatchX, HomeLinkX, AgentInboX, AvatarMsgX, UserSummaryX and TaskWiz. There is no password.
Make an account
- Go to https://useralertx.com/getstarted.html and enter your email.
- Click the link in the email we send you (or type the code from it).
- You are on your account screen. Your free trial has started.
Sign in
Enter your email, username or phone on the same page. We email you a sign-in link or code.
TipWhen you sign in with the code, tick Trust this device for 30 days, and that device stays signed in for 30 days with no sign-in email. Don't do this on a shared or public computer.
Even on a trusted device, changing your email, phone number, API key or billing asks for a code from your email first.
Your account screen
- Your API key and your alert email address (
[email protected]), each with a Copy button. Keep both private, like a password. - Delivery method: text or email.
- Send a text: a box to send yourself a test.
- Your plan, tokens and billing history.
- A contact card for UserAlertX, so the texts show a name you choose.
Close your account
Cancel your plan any time on the account screen. To have the account removed completely, email [email protected].
